Hold Open Magnets R Series
Hold-open devices with electromagnets hold fire protection closures open. If required, the smoke detector sends the signal to interrupt the holding current so that the doors can be shut and thus the spread of fire and smoke can be stopped.

Hold Open Magnet for flush installation
The DICTATOR hold open magnet for flush installation is used if the is only little space between wall and door or if the hold open magnet should not visible. The installalation is made in a standard flush-mounted box (on site). The white, plastic front panel covers the flush-mounted box completely.

Hold Open Magnet in Plastic Casing circuit breaker button for on-wall mounting
The hold open magnets in plastic casing are completely encased and thus fulfill the highest optical requirements. For the installation the white plastic casing can be removed easily. For simple wiring there is a terminal on the mounting plate of the magnet. Ther are 2 variations of hold open magnets in plastic casing:
- connectioncableinsertion via hole in the mounting plate (EM GD 60 F 26 T)
- connection cable insertion via lateral PG7-screw fitting (EM GD 60 F 26 TK). Can be mounted either onthe left or right side.
Hold Open Magnet for floor mounting
The hold open magnet EM GD 60 FB was developed especially for floor mounting.
His aluminium cast housing is solid, robust and resistent. Thats very important in this mounting position, because on the floor cleaning machines, vacuum cleaner, or people can bump against the magnet. Furthermore the housing gets in contact with water by cleaning the floor but there is no risk of corrosion because its made of aluminium. The floor magnet can be provided either with or without circuit breaker on the housing rear.

Hold Open Magnet with Swivel Head for floor-, ceiling- and wall mounting
The hold open magnet with swivel head is universally usable, because the magnetic head is rotatable. Depending on its mounting position (floor, ceiling or wall) the magnetic head can be turned into the right angle, without changing the electrical connections. The distance tube allows the height adjustment of varying distances between wall/ceiling/foor.

Electromagnets K Series
For wall mounting with plastic base and optional release button is an optical enclosed unit. It is possible to bridge also greater distances between wall and door (without a distance tube) than with normal hold open magnets. The magnet can be provided with or without integrated release pushbutton.

Anchor Plate Standard
DICTATOR anchor plates are used as counterpart for the DICTATOR hold open magnets. The holding force indicated for the electromagnets can only be achieved when using counter plates. Consist of a zinc-plated mounting plate, an elastic joint and a smooth, zinc-plated anchor plate. The counter plate must have at least the same diameter as the magnet face of the electromagnet to make full use of its holding force.
Anchor Plate with Angular Joint (type W)
DICTATOR anchor plates are used as counterpart for the DICTATOR hold open magnets. The holding force indicated for the electromagnets can only be achieved when using counter plates. The W series anchors consist of a zinc-plated anchor plate, an angular joint and a black plastic mounting plate.

Telescopic Anchor Plate with Damping
DICTATOR anchor plates are used as counterpart for the DICTATOR hold open magnets. The holding force indicated for the electromagnets can only be achieved when using counter plates.
Integrated spring dampens the impact of the doors on the magnet and prevents the door from springing back and are thus recommended for big, heavy doors. They ensure the magnet remains on the counter plate even when the door hits the magnet at high speed and force. At the same time they save magnet and door. Spring force of around 100 N on a stroke of 20 mm.
